Carla Brisotto
Productive Landscape and Community Design
Carla Brisotto is Assistant Scholar at the School of Architecture and Assistant Director at the Florida Institute for Built Environment Resilience at the University of Florida (UF). Her background is in architecture with a Master from University IUAV of Venice (Italy) and a Ph.D. in Design, Construction, and Planning focused on Urban Agriculture from UF. Brisotto’s research lies in the interface of urbanism and environmental design employing participatory methodologies built through Urban Living Labs. She works closely with local communities.
